Terms of Service

We provide security-as-a-service, including Architecture Review, Pentesting, Code Review, Red Teaming, DevSecOps, Security Automation, and Security Consulting.

Detailed scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOWs) or Sales Orders.

All reports and analyses ("Deliverables") produced by SecGrid Labs are owned by us.

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Deliverables internally. Any external sharing or publication requires prior written consent.

Both parties agree to keep Confidential Information private and secure.

Disclosure is permitted only by law or with your written approval.

Fees and payment schedules are specified in your SOW or Sales Order.

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest per applicable law.

We commit to exercising professional care and industry best practices when delivering services.

If a Deliverable doesn't conform to agreed standards, we will correct it at no additional cost within 30 days. This is your exclusive remedy.

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Services.

Under no circumstances will either party be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms apply per SOW or project.

Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice if a material breach isn't rectified within that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, unless otherwise required by law.
